![]() If you are still having problems, it might be because your AudioBox does not have anything plugged in to the output side. Hit OK and your Pro Tools session will reload. I am not sure if this is required since I am not an expert, but I do know it did not work for me until I did this. Next set the H/W buffer size to the same sample rate as you did when you opened AudioBox (I did 1024). After you click this, set the playback engine to AudioBox Asio driver. ![]() ![]() You can view this by going to the top of the screen and clicking Setup>Playback Engine (or at least that is how it is for me on Pro Tools 12.4). ![]() It is important that when you go to playback engine in Pro Tools settings that the sample rates match. Next, open up the icon labeled "Audio Box" and set the sample rate (I did 1024). After downloading you will need to restart your computer. For me whenever I hit play it had an error about CPU usage when really CPU was not the problem.įrom my research, I saw many people say that PreSonus Audiobox USB is not a compatible interface with Pro Tools but that is a lie!
